Following the advice of an Osteopath, Joanna Nuttall started practicing Pilates to alleviate her back pain. She soon became aware of its lesser-known benefits: improved sleep, mobility, and increased energy. After ten years of practice, Joanna became a teacher of Body Control Pilates.
Joanna grew up in Woodbridge, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring her experience back to Suffolk. She specialises in one-to-one training. “General tuition is great and classes certainly get you moving” says Joanna, “but to see real change and to develop an understanding of where you hold your tension and to learn how to master that, there is nothing like the focus of private classes.
Pilates is recommended for anyone, regardless of age, level of fitness or lifestyle, who would like to increase their flexibility, strengthen their joints, and achieve optimal body balance. Joanna is also trained to treat Pre/ Postnatal Pilates.
She is delighted to become part of the team at Ned Wombwell Osteopathy, to work and refer in close proximity with like-minded therapists.
