What is 1:1 Pilates or Yoga?
1:1 Pilates begins with a postural and musculoskeletal assessment, leading to the creation of an exercise program to improve the identified areas of weakness and tightness. Learning the correct exercises which are most relevant to the clients needs provide a structured way to rehabilitate an injury or significantly alter movement patterning.
1:1 Yoga is accessible to everyone and the practice can be adapted and adjusted to support individual needs and circumstances. The practitioner always aims to create a safe and nurturing space to support their client, helping them to establish a regular manageable practice.
